Our room was functional, newly renovated and equipped with the extra space alone as well as a king size bed. The pool was great, the staff here was incredibly welcoming. Location: the hotel was next to both airports and the trains / subways and the main railway station. There was Miyako quite a walk from the property.

The hotel was pleasant with welcoming staff and a magnificent location directly opposite Shinjuku park. The pool was heated and I had welcome drinks in the main bar. I could park the car across the road. I was there for the trip and had a very mediocre stay, so I would stay here again.

American breakfast, a nice size room with Shinjuku Central Park view and the extra space alone and a huge fan obviously trying to get rid of smoke smell:)))

I like the stuff so much. They are so helpfull with all the best they can to assist you.
They don't have Wi-Fi in the hotel building even in the lobby! and that is a very bad. They have only Land line in the room so you must bring your notebook to connect to it.

Good room and great size for Tokyo. Quiet, but could hear footsteps from the room above. Good customer service. Good Japanese restaurant. Good location. 'Best' wifi solution of the 5 star hotels we stayed in.
Rude duty manager.

The relaxation options were amazing, with a fantastic spa and soothing body scrub treatments available. Though it took a bit to walk to the main area, it didn't really impact my enjoyment. Just make sure to wear comfy shoes 😊
